Dec. 12th was Christmas Day at school

It was a privilege to be at school today and be involved in one of the best celebrations of our whole year! Everyone came together to support each other and make the day as fun and exciting for our students as it could possibly be. We have to thank soooooooooooo many people….

Our students. They inspire us and challenge us and are the reason we come together with hope and ambition for themselves and ourselves each day.

Eileen, who minded us all and kept the tea and coffee flowing.

Deirdre, who is always organising us and doing so much that we never even notice.

Santa himself, the beautiful Mrs. Claus and the fantastic little Elf who arrived and knew all our students and how to make them smile!

Our Parents’ Association reps who brought cheer and recipe books AND beautiful food cooked from recipes in the recipe books!!

Rudolph! What a performance.

Kate and her buddies from Music Generation. Your connection with our students grows each week, Kate, and it is important to all of us.

Our lovely parents who came in for the fun and the craic and the photo op with the big man and Mrs. Claus.

Our wonderful staff, who tirelessly go about their work each day, doing whatever they can to support and help our students to engage and live enriched and fulfilled lives.

Feeling very grateful this evening…
